Risk & Liability

All responses are prepared in good faith based on your materials.
Client responsibilities
The Client retains responsibility for:
- Security controls and systems
- Accuracy of provided information
- Approval of baseline responses (where required)
- Notifying Proceedly of material changes
Proceedly operates only on Client‑approved materials
Data handling
DATA HANDLING & CONFIDENTIALITY
- Client data is handled confidentially
- Access is limited to service delivery personnel
- Materials are used only for questionnaire completion

THIRD‑PARTY INTERACTIONS
Proceedly may:
