All work is based strictly on Client‑provided and approved information.

Done‑for‑you = we handle the execution.

• You do not complete questionnaires internally
• Proceedly prepares and manages responses
• Buyer interaction is handled within scope

🟪 4. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

The Client retains responsibility for:

• Security controls and systems
• Accuracy of provided information
• Approval of baseline responses (where required)
• Notifying Proceedly of material changes

 Proceedly operates only on Client‑approved materials

🟦 5. RISK & LIABILITY

Proceedly:

• Does not provide legal, compliance, or certification services
• Does not attest to standards (e.g. SOC2, ISO)
• Does not assume responsibility for security incidents

All responses are prepared in good faith based on your materials.

🟪 6. DATA HANDLING & CONFIDENTIALITY

• Client data is handled confidentially
• Access is limited to service delivery personnel
• Materials are used only for questionnaire completion

NB: No resale, reuse, or external disclosure

🟦 7. THIRD‑PARTY INTERACTIONS

Proceedly may:

• Respond to questionnaires on your behalf
• Handle clarification requests from buyers

Proceedly does not:

• Enter contractual obligations with third parties
• Provide warranties or guarantees
